These are the settings in Turbo Dial as referenced in the video

Here are the outcomes in the note custom field:

LFU – Attempt 1 – No Answer
LFU – Attempt 2 – No Answer
LFU – Attempt 3 – No Answer
LFU – Not Answer – Long Term Nurture
LFU – Answered – Set Appointment
LFU – Answered – Long Term Nurture
LFU – Answered – Lost
LFU – Answered – Bad Info

The “Field Name” must start with co:: or Turbdial will not know to use it as a call outcome.
